1文字につき 5,500円（税込）
漢字・カタカナ・ひらがなとも同じ料金です。
¥5,500 per character, tax included.
Kanji, katakana and hiragana are all the same price.

ジーンズを当方へお送りいただく際の送料は、お客様のご負担です。
ご返送の送料は無料です（日本国内のみ）。
ジーンズの購入費用は、お客様のご負担です。
The cost of sending your jeans to us is yours.
Shipping them back to you is free (within Japan only).
The cost of the jeans themselves is yours.

- ご注文確定後、当方がご案内する期日まで。現金の場合はお渡し時。After your order is confirmed, by the date we tell you. Cash is paid at handover.

ご注文確定時にお知らせする送付先にジーンズが届いた後、確定時にご案内した日程で制作し、ご指定の日本国内の住所（ご宿泊先など）へ追跡可能な方法で発送します。海外への発送は行っていません。ご相談のうえ、手渡しでお渡しする場合があります。
当方へのジーンズの発送は、お客様に手配していただきます（追跡可能な方法をおすすめします）。
Once your jeans reach the address we give you when your order is confirmed, we brush them on the schedule agreed at that time and ship them back with tracking to an address in Japan you choose, such as your hotel. We do not ship overseas. In some cases we can hand them over in person.
You arrange sending your jeans to us (we recommend a tracked service).
- キャンセル・返品・補償Cancellations, returns and compensation
制作開始前であれば、無料でキャンセルできます。お支払い済みの代金は全額返金し、お預かりしているジーンズは、ご指定の日本国内の住所へ無料でご返送します。
オーダーメイド品のため、制作開始後のキャンセル・返品・交換はお受けできません。
当方の誤り（メールで確認した内容と異なる文字・位置での制作など）や、当方からの返送中の紛失・破損があった場合は、代金を全額返金し、あわせて同等の市販ジーンズの購入費用として5,000円を上限に補償します。思い入れ、ヴィンテージとしての価値、一点物としての価値など、ジーンズの特別な価値は補償の対象外です。
ただし、当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合は、上記の上限および対象外の定めは適用しません。
You can cancel free of charge before we start brushing. Anything you have paid is refunded in full, and we send your jeans back for free to an address in Japan.
As every piece is made to order, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges once brushing has started.
If we make a mistake (for example, brushing a character or placement different from what we confirmed by email), or your jeans are lost or damaged while we ship them back, we refund you in full and also pay up to ¥5,000 toward a comparable store-bought pair. Special value, such as sentimental, vintage or one-of-a-kind value, is not covered.
This limit and exclusion do not apply where the loss results from our intent or gross negligence.
